1. GENERAL
By commissioning me, you agree to these Terms of Service.I reserve the right to decline or cancel any commission if I believe I cannot complete it to the quality I aim for.Unless discussed beforehand or covered by an NDA (Non-Disclosure Agreement), I may share the finished artwork and work-in-progress images on my social media and portfolio
❗Submitting a request form does not automatically guarantee acceptance. Each commission is reviewed individually before an invoice is issued.

🩷Human-like female characters (elves, demons, angels, kitsune, vampires, etc.)
🩷SFW
🩷NSFW (nudity, suggestive content, tentacles, etc. — no explicit sexual intercourse)
🩷Original characters and VTubers
🩷Youthful and mature-looking characters
🩷Mild to moderate gore
I don`t draw
💔Male-focused commissions
💔Extreme gore, guro, or graphic violence
💔Mecha, vehicles, or machinery
💔Elderly characters
Illegal, hateful, exploitative, or discriminatory content
💔Political content

2. PAYMENT, FEES, CANCELLATION & REFUNDS
◇ Full payment before work begins is preferred
◇ A 50/50 payment plan is available for most commissions
◇ For larger or more expensive projects, a custom installment plan can be arranged. An upfront payment is always required before work begins, and the remaining balance will be paid in agreed milestones.
❗Accepted proposals should be paid within 14 days, otherwise they may be canceled.❗Work will be paused until the next scheduled payment has been received.❗Final files will only be delivered after the commission has been paid in full.◇ If you wish to cancel your commission before work begins, please contact me as soon as possible. Refund requests before work begins are considered on a case-by-case basis.
◇ Once work has started, refunds are generally not available. However, depending on the circumstances, I may offer a partial refund based on the amount of work completed.
3. WORKFLOW
My commission process usually follows these stages:Concept Sketch → Color Sketch → Rendering → Final Delivery❗During the concept stage, I establish the composition and overall direction of the illustration.❗Depending on the commission, I may provide multiple concept sketches to help find the best composition. If the initial concept already matches the requested idea, I may proceed with a single sketch.❗Minor artistic adjustments to the composition, pose, lighting, or colors may be made when necessary to improve the final illustration while staying true to the original concept.❗You'll receive progress updates throughout the process.
4. REVISIONS
Revisions are included during the sketch stage.Please request all desired changes before approving the sketch.Once the sketch has been approved, only mistakes made by me (missing design elements, incorrect colors, etc.) will be corrected free of charge.❗Major changes after sketch approval may be declined or require an additional fee.❗Excessive revision requests that go beyond the original scope of the commission may require an additional fee.❗Small corrections caused by unclear communication or missing information may be handled on a case-by-case basis.
5. QUEUE & DEADLINE
◇ Commissions are completed in the order they are accepted unless a Priority/Rush option has been purchased.
◇ After reviewing your request, I will confirm whether your requested deadline is possible and provide a ◇ Guaranteed Delivery Date in your invoice.
◇ Once the invoice has been accepted, the Guaranteed Delivery ◇ Date becomes the official delivery deadline for your commission.
❗During the request form, you may specify your preferred delivery date or request a Priority/Rush commission.❗Priority/Rush commissions are available for an additional fee.❗If unexpected delays occur, I will keep you informed.
6. COPYRIGHT & USAGE◇ I retain full copyright to all commissioned artwork.
◇ Purchasing a commission grants you a usage license — not ownership or copyright of the artwork.
◇ The usage rights you receive depend on the license selected with your commission.PERSONAL LICENSE (included by default)For individual, non-commercial use only. Examples include:
◇ Using the artwork as your profile picture, wallpaper, or banner.
◇ Printing a personal copy for yourself.
◇ Sharing the artwork on your personal, non-monetized social media accounts.❗This license does not allow commercial or monetized use.COMMERCIAL: CONTENT LICENSEIntended for content creators, VTubers, streamers, and businesses.
This license allows you to use the artwork as part of monetized digital content, such as:
◇ Streaming.Videos,
◇ Social media content,
◇ Channel branding and self-promotion.❗This license does not include merchandising or resale rights.COMMERCIAL: MERCHANDISING LICENSEAllows the artwork to be incorporated into products that you create and sell, including digital or physical merchandise. Examples include:
◇ Physical merchandise.
◇ Digital products.
◇ Games.
◇ Promotional materials for those products.❗This license does not allow the artwork itself to be redistributed or resold "as-is."I reserve the right to:◇ Display the artwork in my portfolio.
◇ Post it on my social media.
◇ Use it to promote my work.❗Please credit me whenever the artwork is used publicly whenever reasonably possible.Exception: If an NDA has been purchased, I will not publicly share the artwork.❗This may be a temporary NDA, after which I may share the artwork on or after the agreed date or event, or a permanent NDA, in which case the artwork will remain private indefinitely.❗If your NDA has an expiration date or is tied to a specific event (such as a debut or reveal), please let me know when placing your order.❗It is the client's responsibility to inform me when a temporary NDA has expired or when the artwork may be shared publicly.
7. PROHIBITED USESYou may not:💔 Claim the artwork as your own.
💔 Remove my signature if one is present.
💔 Use my artwork for AI training, datasets, image generators, or similar technologies.
💔 Mint or sell the artwork as NFTs.
💔 Redistribute, resell, or significantly edit the artwork without my written permission.
💔 Use the artwork for illegal, hateful, discriminatory, or otherwise harmful purposes.

◇ Second character +$70 per unit
◇ Commercial: content license +$50
